How is my Alaskan King Crab shipped?
To ensure maximum freshness, all orders are packed with dry ice in insulated coolers and shipped via overnight or 2-day priority delivery. Your crab will arrive frozen or chilled and ready for the freezer or immediate preparation.
Is your seafood sustainably sourced?
Yes, we strictly adhere to Alaska Department of Fish and Game (ADF&G) regulations. Our crab is wild-caught using sustainable methods that protect the marine ecosystem and ensure healthy populations for future generations.
Do I need to cook the crab once it arrives?
Most of our King Crab is flash-frozen and pre-cooked on the boat to lock in flavor. You simply need to thaw it and gently steam, boil, or bake it for 4-6 minutes to heat it through before serving.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with quality, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
How long can I store the crab in my freezer?
When kept in its original vacuum-sealed packaging, Alaskan King Crab can be stored in a standard home freezer for up to 4 months without losing its premium texture or flavor profile.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date from our calendar to ensure someone is available to receive the package and move it to cold storage immediately.
